Tip 9: twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS)

>25% weight discordance between twins in-utero is an important clinical indicator for TTTS.

Monochorionic (MC) pregnancies are monitored fortnightly from the second trimester (>16/40). Incidence of TTTS in MC twins is 15%.
